Spindle and Frequency Converter
The air-cooled spindle is adopted, which is not limited by temperature, with a maximum speed of 18000rpm, stable operation, low noise and higher cost than the water-cooled spindle. With BEST frequency converter, it has strong anti-interference ability, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, overheating, phase loss protection, and can display parameter setting, status information, fault code and other information in real time.
Transmission system
The transmission system adopts double guide rails and chrome-plated grinding grade helical racks, and cooperates with Weide high-power servo motors to ensure smooth operation and high precision.
Laser Scanning Sensor
Using the US Banner laser scanning sensor, it can accurately and quickly scan the top holes and complete the side drilling work.
Plate fixing device
Equipped with rubber oblique cylinder pressure plate to protect the plate from damage. After pressing the processing button, it will automatically drop, firmly press the plate, and automatically lift after finishing processing.
Center point positioning device
Equipped with a manual adjustment handwheel, when processing plates of different thicknesses, the position of the center point of wood plate can be manually adjusted.
