The lifting of sucker frame adopts reliable electric hoist or large volume cylinder, cylinder lifting stroke is 0-1000mm, electric hoist lifting stroke is 0-1400mm, lifting height can be customized.
Specification of main beam of sucker rack is 80mm*80mm*3.0mm, specification of side beam is 50mm*50mm*3.0mm.
The sucker holder is composed of 6 or 8 pieces 200MM high-strength wear-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber oil-resistant vacuum suckers. The sucker seat is made of cast aluminum and formed by one-time high-pressure die casting. It has light weight and high strength. The vacuum source of the sucker is provided by the oil-free vacuum pump imported from Germany, and the ratio between the vacuum pump and the sucker is reasonably configured. The position of the sucker can be adjusted to meet the changes of different plate sizes.
In the process of plate transportation, safety is the first priority, so the equipment is equipped with a vacuum check valve, in the case of unexpected power failure to maintain the adsorption state of the plate for several minutes to tens of minutes.
This equipment adopts manual control valve, easy to complete the operation. The maximum load of this device is 500KG, 1000KG, or 2000KG, which can be customized.
Warranty
The whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, and the consumable parts such as gas pipe, suction cup and joint are not covered by the warranty.
You need to bring 220V/380V power supply or compressed air source, 10MM diameter air source connector; Feeding platform; Preset cement installation base (basic drawings provided by our company) to prevent safety accidents.
