The MOPA fiber laser marking machine is a fiber laser that uses a direct electrical modulation semiconductor laser as the seed source (MOPA) solution. It has perfect laser characteristics and good pulse shape control capabilities. MOPA is short for Master Oscillator Power Mplifier. Compared with Q-switched fiber lasers, the pulse frequency and pulse width of MOPA fiber lasers are independently controllable. By adjusting and matching two laser parameters, a constant high peak power output can be achieved and it can be applied to a wider range of marking substrates. For example, marking on plastics and other sensitive materials, stripping anodes, stripping coatings, marking on semiconductor and electronics, marking color on stainless steel, marking black on aluminum oxide etc.
